The first thing I noticed about this piece was the border, to which I responded 'Neat-o!'... and then I realized that the border was formed from pieces of his hair, to which my response is '...Now you're just showing off. X3' j/k homie!11one It's really a neat effect- it brings the whole piece into one because it truly is one entire unit. I like the subliminal intricacy of the idea. The knots are very neatly done, too- I'm sure it would have gone to shit if I'd tried that, hehe, and the hair contours nicely to the orbs its upholding. Hehe, his smirk's quite sneaky, too. My only crit/question would be the evanescent quality of his cape, which I'm assuming you tried to blend into another piece of the border. Wha' happened? It looks kinda... messy.
